Firmanın Kurucusu Yahya Keklikoğlu, 1960 yılında Kayseri'den Ankara Rüzgarlı Sokağa gelmesi ile inşaat malzemeleri serüveni başlamış oldu. Rüzgarlı sokağın Ankara ve Türkiye'de inşaat malzemelerinin kalbi durumuna gelmesinde Keklikoğlu isminin çok büyük katkısı olmuştur. Bugün ikinci kuşak tarafından yönetilen Keklikoğlu markası, halen Rüzgarlı Sokak'ta faaliyetine devam etmesi yanı sıra, ülkenin ve sektörün gelişimine en hızlı ayak uyduran, ilkleri gerçekleştiren firmaların en başında gelmektedir.

Bu anlamda ilk olarak Ankara'da Rüzgarlı Sokak pazarı dışına çıkmış, 1985 yılında Meşrutiyet Caddesi'nde mimari uygulama hizmeti de verdiği ilk showroom mağazasını açmıştır. 1994 yılında ise Ankara'nın lüks semti olan Çankaya'da ağırlıklı olarak ithal ve üst grup markalardan oluşan 800 m²lik mağazasıyla sadece banyo, seramik malzemeleri değil; mutfak, parke, şömine, kapı, duvar kağıdı vb. dekorasyon malzemelerini kapsayan ürün gruplarını da bünyesine dâhil ederek konseptini genişletmiştir.

2003 yılında Türkiye'de sektörde bir ilki gerçekleştirerek, Restore konseptini oluşturmuş; banyo, seramik ve dekorasyon ürün gruplarını kapsayan, ağırlıklı olarak kendi ithal ettiği malzemelerle kendine has bir konsept ürün yelpazesi oluşturmuştur. Restore konseptini franchising sistemi ile birçok şehre yayarak, bir yapı ve dekorasyon mağazasının ihtiyacı olan tüm malzemeleri tek elden alma ve hizmet verme anlayışı getirmiştir.

2006 yılında Türkiye'de ilk defa Ankara Ümitköy'de 6600 m²lik “Design Plaza”yı kurarak banyo, seramik, mutfak, kapı, parke, duvar kağıdı ve kaplamaları ile şöminenin yanı sıra mobilyadan perdeye, aydınlatmadan halıya, beyaz eşyadan bahçe mobilyasına kadar bir villanın tüm ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak ürünleri tek çatı altında toplayıp, tam hizmet konseptine geçerek sektörün önünü açmıştır.

2006 yılında Design Plaza ile birlikte 1985 yılından beri uyguladığı mimari hizmet ve anahtar teslim proje işlerini profesyonel bir hale getirerek “Design Contract” adı altında yeni bir oluşumla devam ettirmiştir. Konut, işyeri ve lüks, villa projelerini kendi bünyesinde tasarlayan ve uzman mimar ve uygulama kadrosu ile yüzlerce referansı olan Design Contract, sektörde aranılan bir firma haline gelmiştir.

2010 yılından itibaren; geçmişteki otel, yazlık, tatil köyleri ve konut uygulama deneyimleri ile hızla büyüyen Keklikoğlu; konut sektörüne el atmış ve “Keklikoğlu Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat” firmasını kurmuştur. Keklikoğlu's name had a lot of contribution in making Rüzgarlı Street the heart of construction materials in Ankara and Turkey. Keklikoğlu brand is presently managed by the second generation. In this sense Keklikoğlu took the initiative step and became the first to leave the Rüzgarlı market and in 1985 has opened its new showroom in Meşrutiyet Street where architectural services were also offered. El fundador de la empresa Yahya Keklikoğlu , en el ano 1960 empezó la historia de herramientas de construcción por venir desde Kayseri a Ankara la calle RuzgarlıKeklikoğlu jugo un importante papel en que la calle Ruzgarlı este desarrollado sobre las herramientas de construcción. Hoy en día, la marca de OPTIMER que se administra por la segunda generación, además de seguir actualmente sus actividades en la calle de Ruzgar, también encabeza una de las empresas que realizan los primeros en el sector y que también adapta muy rápido a lo nuevo.

En este sentido principalmente salio fuera del mercado de calle de Ruzgarlı de Ankara y después en el ano 1985 inaugura su primera tienda donde ofrece servicios de aplicación de arquitectura en la calle de Mesrutiyet. En el ano 1994, con su tienda de 800 m² que consiste en las marcas de alta gama e importadas en Cankaya que es uno de los lugares mas lujosos de la ciudad de Ankara, amplio su concepto incluyendo a su cuerpo los grupos de productos que contienen las herramientas de decoración como papeles de pared, puertas, cocina, chimenea, parquet no solamente las herramientas de cerámica y baño.

En el ano 2003 en Turquía realizando un primero en el sector, formo el concepto de restauración; y también formo una gama de producto propio con las herramientas que importa especialmente y que contienen los grupos de productos de decoración, cerámica, y baño. Difundiendo el concepto de restauración a muchas ciudades con el sistema de franquicias, formo un nuevo entendimiento de ofrecer servicios y comprar de la primera mano las herramientas que necesita una tienda de decoración y construcción.

En el ano 2006 estableciendo como primero “Design Keklikoglu” la cual tiene una área de 6600 m2 en Ankara Umitkoy, abrió un camino para el sector pasando al concepto de servicio completo, recogiendo todos los grupo de productos que necesitara una casa, empezando por el baño, cerámico, cocina, puerta, parquet, papel decorativa de pared, recubrimientos y chimeneas y muebles, cortinas, equipamientos de luces, alfombras, muebles de jardín, etc.

En el ano 2006 junto con Design KEKLIKOGLU desde el ano 1985 formando profesionalmente los trabajos de proyectos de entrega de llave y servicios arquitecturas que aplica, continuo con una formación nueva bajo el nombre “Design Contract”. Design Contract la cual tiene unas cientos referencias con su equipo de aplicación y arquitectos expertos, y que diseñan en su cuerpo mismo los proyectos de casas lujosas, departamentos y locales, se convirtió en una empresa mas buscada del sector.

A partir del ano 2010; Keklikoglu que crece velozmente con las experiencias de aplicación de departamentos y pueblos de vacaciones, veraneas, hoteles, fundo la empresa de KEKLIKOGLU Gayrimenkul yatırım inşaat” entrando también el sector de construcción de viviendas. Con sus proyectos elegantes terminados y que continúan actualmente tomo su lugar en el sector de construcción de viviendas como una empresa que se confía por parte del pueblo de Ankara.
